Resilience in Youth Work: Plan B Report is ready!

How might we shape education and youth work in our changing world?

The projectPlan B: How to develop resilience and an agile approach as a youth sector professional” developed by Art Square Lab, with the support of Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, is entering a more operational phase!

We are happy to present the Report from the qualitative research among youth work professionals, conducted in Luxembourg at the end of 2021, with great insights!

In 16 in-depth interviews, we asked the youth professionals: How has work with young people been impacted during the pandemic? How did youth organisations adapt to the change? What personal and professional resources did they draw on to meet the expectations and needs of young people? What conclusions can we collectively draw from the Covid-19 crisis in order to change our working methods, our organisational modes and our mindset in a spirit of resilience?

With this report we understood the “reality open the ground”. What is next? Let’s put our heads together to build new ideas on it!

If you are active in youth sector, please join us to use collective intelligence and peer learning to develop solutions that can be replicated in the future, by youth workers and educators, in crisis situations.

The co-creation session will run during the “boosting brunch” Conference on 29th March in Luxembourg City and will gather together 30 youth professionals to concrete the solutions together.

Registrations are open till 23th March under the link here!
