In the frame of preparation for the Consumer Dialogue day in April, we kindly invite the citizens to take part in the 3 Focus Groups (in ENG, LU, FR) organised in March in 3 different locations (Luxembourg City, Ettelbruck and Esch-sur-Alzette).
The purpose of the Focus Groups (and the survey that is still open here) is to collect data on perception of consumer protection, consumer-rights awareness as well as consumers’ needs in relation to taking conscious consumer decisions.
The results of the study will be presented to the public on 27th April during the co-creation workshop that will take place in Abbey Neimënster, and later, published on the website of the Ministry.
