Last weekend we took part in Service Experience Camp in Berlin. This year title “Crafting delight, Delivering value” gathered together more than 250 service designers and UX designers to discuss the challenges of our work. For us in Art Square Lab, the main focus was on service design in health sector, crafting experiences between human-robot interactions (ethics!) and designing services in public sector!
