As a member of Service Design Network, we had a chance to take part in Global Service Design Conference in Madrid, between 1st-3rd November. This global event gathered together more than 600 practitioners of Service Design discipline: agencies, innovative labs from large corporations, freelance designers, IT agencies, academia.
