How can Service Design change the way Youth Information Services are organised? Great discussions during yesterday’s webinar organised by ERYICA (European Youth Information and Counselling Agency) and Council of Europe.
We were honoured to offer our input and discuss the value of user-research, co-creation and testing ideas for new services for young people and educators. We realised how service design approach can help them in their work, decrease assumptions about needs of young people (their pains and gains) as well as engage them in direct co-creation of the future.
