We invite you and the people you design for to join a common ideation and co-creation session. Using creative tools and facilitation, you will not only listen to the opinions of your users but also understand their perspective and capture insights for new products and services.
PROTOTYPING and TESTING

Together we build a prototype of your service and test it with your customer/ future customer. We help you validate your ideas early in the process by building a low-fidelity prototype and letting users interact with it. Together we observe how people will deal with your idea: why is it relevant for them?
METHODOLOGY
We use Design Thinking methodology to create positive customer experiences. Exploring the Problem space is an important first step of the design process, that allows us to discover and focus on the specific user needs. Only when the design challenge is defined, we start searching for the right solutions to our wicked problem.
