More than 60 participants, 10 prototypes, 12 facilitators, 9 testers…. all in 48 hours of designing new services in great space of PwC Experience Centre! Luxembourg Service Jam 2019 was a memorable community event where we sprint over Design Thinking stages in order to build human-centred services!
