Participate in a collaborative workshop on Friday, the 17th of October 2025 at 10 am, with the goal of simplifying public services in Luxembourg.
As a researcher or a member of the academic sector (including students), your unique insights and knowledge on service delivery and effective user experiences are invaluable. Your perspective and knowledge will help us identify approaches to change to make public services more user-centric and efficient.
Your contributions and ideas will be further refined in a large public workshop in November, and exemplary solutions will be developed.
Participate and register by the 14th of October 2025! To ensure a constructive exchange, the number of participants is limited. Your registration will be confirmed via a separate email before the event.
