During our next meet up in Design Thinking Luxembourg group we would like to discuss and share with you trends impacting the future of work, jobs, tasks and skills (with a particular focus on AI).
What kind of employees are we looking for today and what kind of employees are we looking for tomorrow? What competences will we need and how can we develop them? We want to reflect together on what the future of work will look like and how we want it to look like (with a particular focus on the phenomenon of “augmentation”).
And finally, we will discuss how human-centered design can help us to design this future.
