During this 8-hours Customer Journey Mapping course we will put our hands on visualisation of the experience the user has with a service. Is the map itself a fancy deliverable or rather one of the empathising tools that allows us to advocate for the customer? What exactly do we want to visualise with the map, what kind of data we need to gather in advance?

The program will cover the 4 steps:

  1. Why to map a customer journey? intro to Service Design context (and having a short look into other flow diagrams like Value Stream maps)
  2. Customer Journey Map & Co: what tools helps us to recreate and improve customer experience? toolbox review
  3. Case study and exchange of practice
  4. Transfer to our working realities: what to do with the Customer Journey Map?

The participants will use the common case to understand the idea behind the process, will practice skills need to create the map and use it efficiently as well as raise issues they encounter with using similar tools in their working context.

In Art Square Lab we love to create with people. We are curious because we believe that business value does not have to be “invented”. It can be “listened-out” of the user.
