It is already 5th time that we hosted Luxembourg Gov Jam-what a fantastic weekend with co-creation and design thinking with citizens, designers, entrepreneurs… During 24-hours process the participants worked on ideas of simplification of services in 5 different areas: access to health data, business development, access to culture, access to housing and employability. The topics were collected during pre-event workshop and posted on the Zesumme Vereinfachen platform.
All groups used 5 stages of design thinking to empathise with the needs of the users, ideate on solutions, prototype them and test with external testers!
