During this week Meetup, our guest speaker Pieter Willems agreed to share his experience with application of Lean. Getting a closer look at the case study in cardiological department of Belgian hospital allowed us to walk through each phase of the process: starting from purpose, mapping the value streams, experimenting with the solution and continuous iterations. The approach presented by Pieter created number of questions that had to be interrupted (otherwise we would probably still sit in the room:) Big thanks to Lux Future Lab to host us!
