45 participants, 12 facilitators, 10 testers… 7 prototypes of public services connecting them with services… This is why we Jam! Luxembourg Gov Jam is a part of the global events bringing together citizens and public sector to co-design ideas for public services that would make our life easier!
For us it is a celebration of #imagination and #creativity as well as proactive approach to change. This year’s secrete theme opened a lot of discussions about access to services, connections of citizens with their communes, engagement of citizens in the decision making process.
