48 hours, 60 participants, 12 facilitators, 10 prototypes, 9 testers- this is a result of Luxembourg Service Jam, a design community event hosted by PwC Experience Centre. We have exercised our creative muscles, shared some theories about Human-Centred Design and applied Design Thinking tools for creation of new services. You never know, maybe some of them will be implemented in reality!
