During the course you will learn:
- What is a team? All the necessary conditions to talk about a team (and not a group!)
- Team members: how to recruit and build teams based on diverse profiles (T-person)
- How to plant and cultivate the competences of innovative teams: creative courage, business ideas generation, collaboration, testing hypothesis and experimenting
- Dealing with difficulties: case studies from various industries
- Setting up the stage: creating innovative conditions (time, space, rituals…)
