This Tuesday, 12th February we run a Meetup hosted by PWC Luxembourg’s Experience center on the topic “Servitization”, an avenue which is fairly new to the audience, yet very insightful. Veronika Ondrikova gave us a great introduction to the topic of Servitization which refers to the industries using their products to sell outcome as a service rather than an one-off sale and shared couple of use cases how Philips, HP, Xerox and Goodyear servitized their business models. Great audience, lots of ideas, never-ending questions from product and service designers in the room and networking!
